Hey, I'm Arielle

A MEMORY KEEPER AT HEART
I'm a documentary family photographer, stay at home mom and Registered Dental Hygienist. One of the things I miss most about working as a Dental Hygienist is the connection I built with my patients. Photography has given me a new way to create that connection through getting to know people, helping them feel comfortable and reminding them how much beauty already exists in their everyday lives and relationships.
I care deeply about helping families preserve their history, a record of the life they actually lived, not only the milestones, but everything meaningful that happened in between. My approach to photography is to capture your real life through storytelling. I give every session space for genuine interaction, offering gentle guidance when needed. My goal is to make sure you leave the session feeling like you made memories you want to hold onto.
Becoming a mom may not have sparked my love for documenting life, but it certainly sharpened it. I notice how quickly the smallest details change, and I feel an even stronger pull to preserve the moments I never want to forget.
Some of my clearest childhood memories have a camera in them. I especially loved documenting family gatherings: the crowded kitchen in the final rush before everyone arrived mixed with the quieter moments of preparation while music played in the background. Once the house filled, the kids became the heart of it all, cards shuffled across the table between generations, and silly faces appeared whenever I pointed the camera their way. And of course there was always the obligatory stiff family photo. Even then I wanted to capture how it all felt, the chaos, the calm and the connection that made it ours.
Taking photos was only part of it. I loved turning these memories into scrapbooks, gifts, and eventually sharing them online. Today I create yearly photobooks for my own family.
I'd love the chance to document your family with the same care.
